Begin Your Journey

"A failure is not a mistake, it may simply be the best one can do under the circumstances. The real mistake is to stop trying." -BF Skinner

Jonathan Glick LCSW

Everyday we’re faced with challenges that sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed. This can create challenges with functioning in our daily lives. Recognizing the need for support is the first step on your path to psychological and emotional wellness. Support can come from many different areas within your life, but sometimes it’s easier to talk to someone who can be objective and is outside of your various circles. The goal in treatment is to increase your emotional well-being from a strength-based approach to support your path of personal growth. Together, we'll focus on your needs and build on your strengths to move toward a better understanding of how our past influences our response to current challenges. We'll also focus on developing new skills to increase your ability to respond to stressors differently.
